Dumplings are actually pretty simple to make. They look a bit intimidating but that's why using the DIY Dumpling Mold can create a tremendous amount of ease. Simply make a filling of your choice. Anything goes. Ground pork is the most popular protein used for dumplings. 

Let's Start Making Dumplings! 

Step 1: Make the dumpling mix. Go crazy with different combinations of food or just stay traditional with ground pork and vegetable mix. 

Step 2. Dumpling Wrappers. You can get dumpling wrappers at your nearest Asian mart. You can also find them at big box grocery stores in the international foods aisle. 

Step 3. Placement. Open up the DIY Dumpling Mold. Place the dumpling wrapper center stage so that the edges of the wrapper are sitting on the outer edge of the mold. Place about a spoon full of dumpling mix in the center of the wrapper.

Step 4. Folding. Once the dumpling mix is in the center of the wrapper, grab a very small cup of water and dampen your fingers with it. Slightly brush your damp finger around the edge of the dumpling wrapper. Grab the DIY Dumpling Mold and fold, applying a small amount of pressure for about 5 seconds. Open the mold back up and VOILA! Perfect dumplings every time.
